This exhibition has been created as a result of a collaboration between Europeana and the European Commission Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, the result of which is to highlight the way of living and working of European citizens through the eyes of artists from all over Europe. This exhibition follows from the 2018-2019 European Commission Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion’s campaign on the European Pillar of Social Rights which aimed at increasing the visibility of the Pillar, and at showcasing how employment and social affairs are key priorities for the EU.
