This exhibition is based on the private collection of Rolf Kranz from Germany. In 36 online contributions made to the Europeana 1914-1918 website Mr Kranz portrayed the lifes of his great-grandfather Max Kranz and his family and friends from the little village of Hatzenport during World War One.
